What Is Medical Cannabis?
Medical Cannabis (also known as Medical Marijuana) is the use of cannabinoids, the compounds from the cannabis plant, for medical, as opposed to recreational benefits. What Ailments Qualify For Medical Marijuana in New York State
If you are a current New York State resident and have medical documentation of the diagnosis of one of the following conditions, you may be eligible for medical marijuana.
Most of these conditions are severely debilitating or life-threatening.
Pain that degrades health and functional capability as an alternative to opioid use or substance use disorder.
Additionally, patients qualify if they are diagnosed with a severe debilitating or life-threatening condition that is accompanied by one or more of the following associated or complicating conditions:
Cachexia or wasting syndrome
Opioid use disorder
Seizures
Severe nausea
Chronic or severe pain
Severe or persistent muscle spasms
Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS)
Cancer
Chronic pain
Epilepsy
HIV/AIDS
Huntington’s disease
Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD)
Multiple sclerosis (MS)
Neuropathy
Parkinson’s disease
Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
Spinal cord injury with spasticity

No special appointment is necessary – our practitioner is available to help you get certified for medical marijuana seven days a week from 8 am to 10 pm. We offer two types of appointments: in-person (where the practitioner comes directly to you) or telemedicine (by video).

Our patient status and information are protected by HIPAA – we will never share it with anyone except the NYS Department of Health as a part of the certification process.
1 Year Certification for $159
If approved, the practitioner will issue you a certification and will give you instructions on how to register with the NYS Department of Health and access medical cannabis dispensaries.
